This project serves as a reminder that following through and being consistent are two essential components of success. It's not enough that you have a couple of good ideas for something you want on a standard cut and sewn bit of fabric, you have to sit in front of your medium and do line work until it's as real in front of you as it is in your head. You have to want to talk about this season's Pantone report. You have to want to dedicate as little as thirty minutes or as much as two hours most nights, and talk about next steps and moving beyond blanks and comparing fabrics. You have adapt your consistency away from pumping iron and counting frames — not to disparage those worthwhile hobbies, but they rarely produce something that you can turn around and sell.
